if you watch the original doc i posted, the man speaking said schauberger happened across a farmer who had water in a pot which he would stir clockwise, while "singing" to it. he would increase octaves while spinning one way (clockwise I think), then decrease octaves while spinning it the other way
the farmer would then flicked the water across his land. im assuming to increase the charge of the land
schauberger also constructed patents for swirl or vortex agricultural tools that would swirl the soil instead of "cutting" it, which he believe destroyed the charge of the land
he designed these to be made out of copper, which maintains charge
pretty sure he was able to have some made as well
