If I had to help a group of remedial college students who need help with reading and arithmetic, I would help them by pointing them at a good trade school, because they clearly do not belong in college.

Reading. Math is useless drivel that only applies to academics and anyway computers do the work. Reading Plato’s Charmides is the opposite; it requires actual critical thought that can’t be simulated by a computer.
High math low verbal describes most STEM students and professors, and is the worst possible intelligence category.
