Would Liquor and Spirits distilled in a low or micro gravity environment have different taste or texture then Liquor or Spirits distilled in Earth Gravity?

probably a slightly different taste because distilling in low gravity is more difficult (distillate harder to collect, starting material floating in the output part, etc.)

Yes, but mostly due to not being protected from cosmic rays by the atmosphere. The gravity by itself doesn't matter much as long as there's low amount of air in the barrel

there being gravity or not shouldn't affect pressure in sealed containers therefore not afecting the boiling/condensation temperatures
so it shouldn't affect it at all
you could however, adapt the pressure, boil things in a vacuum, etc. i think that would give it a different taste

why. it is only meant to displace the lighter gas to another place, in order to distill it
