Hello /sci/, I like the flavor of ghost peppers, but I do not like the meme tier heat. I would like to breed my own ghost peppers and try to bring the heat down. I have a couple of questions
>how long is this likely to take
>is there a best method that may not be obvious at first
>will selecting for less heat have a high chance of screwing up the other flavors of the pepper
>is there a way to measure this without burning out my tongue? Especially initially I doubt it will be easy to discern heat level
