wtf is it? Every thing is adaptogen.... Are you thirsty? Use the water molecule to fight your water stress. Water is an adaptogen.

There are plenty of mild remedies to combat mild stress. Adaptogen seems to be a bogus word to lure the naive and frightened. Don't fall into that trap.

The idea of adaptogens has got to be total nonsense. Some chemical soup doesn't care about keeping you in balance. That's not to say the herbs themselves have no effect, they may do.

ashwagandha is one of the best anti-anxiety supplements on the market and without being like some GABA benzo bullshit
