How does quantum mechanics explain hearing something happen without first looking at it? Is hearing something the same as observing something, according to the theory? Because ”observing” is the word that gets thrown around alot when discussing this, i just wanted to know what the consensus on it is.
Basically can you ”observe” something without looking at it?
I would assume so but i wanted to make sure.
