To what end you might ask? Well, follow me here. If it's demonstrated that tech exists that could do this... wll, that hologram could look like an ICBM. Or a thousand of them, headed right for you. This could trigger a Mutually Assured Destruction event, and bad actors could make it look like the US attacked russia or vice versa. The solution is UN control of all nukes, world govt, and the spread of globohomo everywhere.

Is my idea crazy? Maybe... but it's less crazy than believing the US govt has alien tech.
