Meaning, if you gave a trillion trillion dollars to a nation to create a purely solar infrastructure, in which nothing, not even a single screw came from a machine that operated on non renewables, and all of the machines had the same limitation, then no matter how robust the initial investment, no matter how well constructed, it would eventually collapse because you wouldnt be able to affoard replacing the failing infrastructure at the pace it broke down.
