however, if you're in fear that you might die sooner than later, here's some things that you can do to prolong your existence in this mortal planeL
1). no drugs. that means no alcohol, tobacco, pot (yes, no marijuana), and don't abuse prescription drugs.
2). get all of the medical tests done that are recommended for your gender and age.
3). regular social interactions. you don't have to be a social butterfly but try to constantly talk to new people and be placed in new (very safe) situations.
4). physical activity. at least 30 min a day of modest cardio with occasional weights thrown in. yardwork and house chores are also good for this.
5). eat healthy. stop going to fast food joints. limit the amount of sugar intake. reduce your red meat intake. reduce your pasta intake. and eat at regular intervals.
6). sleep regularly. have a regular time that you go to bed and wake up, even on weekends and holidays. as you age, you tend to sleep less and more poorly (the reason why older people take afternoon naps). maximizing your sleep is a good thing.
