practice derivative rules (2 hours) try to memorize easy patterns
learn integrals(2-3 hours max if you have a good understanding of prior material)
practice problems and integrals in any of the time left. try to memorize patterns and common questions since you don't have the time to really learn this.
if you already know the prior material watch 3blue1brown and go do practice problems, plus whatever your professor/teacher showed you in class. they'll probably ask stuff similar to what they've shown you unless you're studying math or physics.
