just watched interstellar for the first time recently. would it be possible to have an ocean planet that's shallow enough to walk in?(planet's ocean was knee high, but gravity from the black hole created mountain sized waves)

it seems inquiries into shallow bodies of water show relatively shallow bodies, I find the idea of a body of water that's shallow enough to walk in fascinating(5-6' tops)
