Yes, when they're spread out they have a more difficult time getting into fights with each other but they're still aggressive and short tempered with those around them in their new surroundings who end up getting the brunt of their hostility.
Blacks work in small tribal communities. Look at Africa countries. All of the cities are mostly disastrous shitholes. Now go to a small village. Things are mostly calm and there's a order to things that most follow. With the exception of when large gangs form (usually in the slums of large cities) and ravage the countryside, tribal life is mostly calm in Africa.
