just clean your ears when you shower and be wary of seborrheic dermatitis (when a fungus decides to eat your sebum like a slut and gives you red itchy patches). if you do get it, shampoo with head and shoulders making sure to rub a little behind your ears/in the creases and then use lotrimin after you dry off. you have to make sure you don't get it because once you do it is incredibly difficult to get rid of since it basically causes a positive feedback loop of dead skin cells and sebum that just feed the fungus more and more

Tell us more dude please. I've got that and started losing my hair + dry skin when i shampoo or wash my face with something. If i only use water it's fine but my skin feels weird and my hair get greasy and the scalp is sensible
