Of all the things in OP's post, FTL is basically the only one with serious math showing it to be impossible. I guess a 'loophole' would by definition be some bit of math that we didn't notice, but there's no guarantee that something like that is in there, and lots of reason to assume it isn't.

Everything else is basically engineering. Some might turn out to be 'impractical', but impossible is a stretch.

That said, I have read a paper attempting to show that "genetic immortality" is impossible using some actual math about information theory in cells and whatnot. That might turn out to be a fair assertion too, but who cares? Lots of tools in the immortality kit. No need to make the entire goal depend on a total genetic solution.
