in the spirit of "why can't God cure amputees?" I've been seeing "why can't science cure baldness?"
genuinely curious about the answer.
is it a question of focus and resource allocation? understandably, fighting deadly pathogens would be more urgent than fighting baldness
or is baldness counterintuitively a more intractable problem than many infectious diseases?
