ofc time could stop in the next minute, but we can't really think like that. there might be an invisible dinosaur behind you, maybe we were all born yesterday with premade memories. hell maybe god exsist, right? there is an infinite amount of things that "might be true but impossible to prove". most likely, 99.9999% of these are false. yes maybe 1 of them is true, but we would never know which of them is. maybe it is that everytime people named petter farts, there is a monkey on the moon who claps. maybe that is true. but maybe not. there is no reason to speculate on this because we will never now and again, it's most likely false. therefore science dismiss them all because science isn't about what's true; that will we never know, science is about what we can test and prove.
