Are mental illnesses just made up?

They're not physical conditions of the human body, like every other illness is. "Mental illnesses" are simply emotional states.

Also why is society so keen to pump you full of drugs?

I think it's because society wants to turn you into a good little wageslave. Society WANTS you to stack shelves in the supermarket, so the food is there when they go shopping (or whatever other job you might do). They also want you to pay taxes.

Is psychiatry really just a system of control? I think it is.
