>>13010090Plant-based, minimally processed. Don't buy pre-cooked stuff or eat out (worked in restaurants, all are shit and super unhygenic unless you're willing to pay a lot). Cook in bulk for 3-4 days to make life easier. Not a whole lot of oil, just fpr taste (get non-stick pan). Fermented as much as you can: lacto-fermented veggies and fruits are easy as fuck to make (just add 2-3% salt by weight), yogurts (I make onions, takes about 12 hours at 40°C), misos/onions sauce (get some koji), black oncom/tempeh (get rhyzopus oligosporus), kombucha (get a SCOBY), etc. (get the Noma Guide to Fermentation for a good starting point). Add a pinch of MSG, it allows you to get away using less salt. Get your blood checked once a year and adjust diet or take supplements. B12 is must, take supplements, cows get supplemented with cobalt and sometimes B12 injections so cut the middleman. Omega 3 ALA from flax seeds, use as topping on everything, omega 3 EPA and DHA from algae oil (fish don't produce it, just accumilate it together with many nasty shit in oceans). D3 from sun if you can, otherwise supplements from lichen. Etc etc. Open for questions.
