These are all fundemantal truths and there's no point in denying it. Stoics try to supress their emotion but even they admit that its impossible to do 100% of the time.
Sure you'll have smug autis claiming that they dont have emoiton but them being so easy to rile up is just proof that, yes even they are predictable.
The question free will supporters have to tackle are the following:
The need for humans to connect
The need for humans to sleep
The need for humans to eat
The need for humans to have emotion
How can external factors influence your thinking
All these questions are severe problems to free will. True free will should let you stop doing any of them at any moment in time. You should be able to not sleep for an indefinite time, people can starve themselves to death you see? But people can also not stop eating. Why do we feel hungry, why do we feel sad. Howcome very little people cannot tell themselves to stop feeling something?
