If the brain works by this principle then wouldn't NoFap actually give you erectile dysfunction and kill your libido? You are practically never using your sexual organs or sexuality in general.

Most people who do NoFap have these problems after a while, or some become too sensitive to stimuli (just nude women), which is not natural. A lot of people who repress their urges go on multiple day-long masturbation binges after their NoFap months. The key is balance.

Hmm, okay. I don't see it as a problem though because I want to get rid of my whole libido and sexuality because I will never have a girlfriend anyway. Sexual stuff is just an unnecessary pain and distraction.
