>>13002124not to say my first point was a reason not to try and quit this site and ones like it. Just saying, the internet has seeped into reality. Even when I stopped youtube a guy shoved some video in my face.
These websites effect our thoughts, and it truly bothers me every day how blind people are to it. Reading or hearing anything affects you, because it's what you think and what echoes in your mind.
And I try to explain it but I just get drooling as a response. I've just accepted people on average think differently than I do.
>is your brain really that weak that you let the internet affect you?you can have a strong independent mind, but hearing the same repeated internet message over and over again will eventually affect what you think, what you associate certain things with, and eventually what you do partly.
With this in mind I try to wield it on myself though as I mentioned, writing down on a note a daily message to myself and specifically made chores I put out myself that I know I will be able to do no matter what.
I recommend doing that too, sit down and think what you want to do each morning and what's the easiest way you can do those things, instead of following another persons morning guide. Just figure out what works for you.
It's stale and repeated often, but only comparing yourself to yourself is truly the best advice. That is if you're trying to be better each day.
