Could you build a larger version of this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDJja9Kn10w and craft the outer side from graphene which is light and strong af and then use earth's magnetic pull to levitate it and then you could fly it by adjusting the magnets' angles?

Well, you CAN levitate off the earth’s magnetic field but it would require the total output of an entire city’s electricity to lift a small object. A person would probably require the electrical output of an entire nation.
