This somewhat of a metaphysical question, but would it be possible for us to actually know everything about how our universe operates even though we are part of it and have to interact with something to observe and understand it??

These are the sorts of questions that I contemplate and actually have a belief in a creator of sorts because the self-containment idea doesn't hold water for me desu. Thanks in advance.
