>>12993631There's plenty of research out there that shows that aluminium can build up in your body from using anti-perspirant (deodorants don't contain aluminium) but there's not really much research to suggest whether or not this has any negative effects. Some think it could potentially increase your risk of cancer but there's nothing conclusive regarding this. There are studies showing aluminium to be neurotoxic (specifically alzheimers) but I don't know if anti-perspirant use builds up enough of it in your body to induce neurotoxic effects.
I figure it's better to be safe than sorry. We already know anti-perspirant causes build-up of aluminium in our bodies and that aluminium is linked to neurotoxicity, so where's the harm in playing it safe and using alternative products? I personally use the gay hippy shit in pic related, made of coconut oil, shea butter and nice-smelling plants. It does a decent job of keeping me smelling pleasant most of the day.
