The books I've used/use are Simmons precalculus, Savov's No Bullshit Guide to Math and Physics, Gelfand's books on Algebra and Trigonometry, McKeague's Trigonometry, Lang's Basic Mathematics, Kline's Calculus, Lang's Calculus, and eventually, you'll want to study proofs. I'm using Velleman. Mind you, you don't have to read all, just pick one from each topic and do problems.

For studying, I recommend you pick up how to use LaTeX and make Flashcards for proofs, problems you miss, etc on Anki.
I too sucked at math. My foundation is still somewhat shakey. However, after I took a summer off to study Calculus on my own, I found it was better to self-study. You're gonna make it anon.
