Dreams are your brain’s way of organizing and digesting the information from the previous day, plus all the information you’ve learned up to date. It can also be affected by your diet, lifestyle, and other external factors.
Don’t take my word for it. I’ve tested it and so can you. Spend an entire day or week on only one subject. Inundate your surroundings and senses with that specific kind of information. If you can study for 8 hours a day, on something you’ve never learned, then keep a dream journal. You should begin to see your dreams as being influenced by this information. Topics to try can be music, math, science, archaeology, etc. When you overload your brain with information, and get healthy sleep, it uses dreams to better organize and learn from what it experienced.
