partial derivatives for all combinations of $\partial{u}$ , $\partial{v}$ , $\partial{w}$ , $\partial{t}$ , etc. need to be well-defined. Unfortunately, this requires proper definitions of infinites and infinitesimals, which current mathematics is not capable of.

That is the physical. Those two are geniuses in the math, not the physical. For all we know that equation is incomplete or it's the right equation but we have other aspects of fluids wrong.
