Things come and go from the AETHER..

In the Aether they do not 'exist' except as a MEMORY

In the Physical, things they exist as MAGNETIC MEMORY

One is 'tangible' and the other is not

one seems real
the other we remember only as Dreams.

But this is probably about 13 levels above your IQ

To answer that question properly you'd have to find some good definition for words like "thing" or "exist" without relying on everybody just intuitively knowing what they mean. However if you want to define "exist" as a property that nothing even has why even define it in the first place?

Things exist in the physical, theoretical as well as metaphysical form. How each entity reacts to, absorbs, interacts with or comes to know of any one thing, is all subject to the same 3 "dimensions" mentioned above.
A rough explanation of this would be, IE:
