>>13014042>moving goals posts and adding assumptionsThe only person here who is making assumptions is you. You never asked me to explain why I said what I said, you just made a bunch of assumptions about me, called me an anti-vaxer, disputed my credibility as a physician, all because I suggested it's perfectly fine to prescribe immuno-supressing drugs to a patient with eczema. Only now am I explaining WHY I said that because it took you this long to ask.
>You’ve only confirmed that LTRI is something you prefer over non severe(read the post) eczema. You're acting like a LRTI is a guarantee though, that's your problem. It's fucking not, especially in a young woman, especially in fucking AUSTRALIA of all places. Hardly Wuhan, China.
> over non severe(read the post) eczema. If someone is presenting TO THE DOCTOR with a primary presenting complaint of eczema, then it's probably an issue lmao.
>Your a quack or if you’re a md should actually get your license revoked. Are you seriously going to refuse to prescribe medication to treat eczema because you're terrified of the coronavirus of all things, you're the only quack here. Any patient who goes on immunosupressing drugs is at a greater risk of an LRTI (it's still a low risk), and that doesn't change simply because of whatever strain of LRTI bacteria or virus happens to be floating about at any given time - it's NOT an indication not to prescribe medication. If an LRTI does arise and isn't self-limiting, it can be still be treated as an inpatient.
You clearly have no idea what you're talking about and you're terrified by the specter of a virus for whom >90% of high risk patients are NOT hospitalised for. It's time to stop doubling down on this retarded post
>>13013194 and just admit you've probably never set foot on a hospital ward in your life. You're probably some fucking pre-med.
