Whats really fucked up is after everyone calls them on this shit they say

"NO NO THATS "HARMFUL MISINFO"

and then a couple days later

"After carefully reviewing our very scientific info with our super science minds we have determined a portion of what we claimed may have been factually deficient."

They could just say "We were wrong" but fuuuuck that would be succinct and to the point. Cant have that.

Doctors are zealots. They worship the altar of Medicine(TM) and anything that is fed from the top down is accepted without question. They are not generalists and skeptics and won't wander outside of their purview.

My sister is a doctor and she cares remarkably little for anything happening outside of her medicine box.

I too usually delete my comments in arguments in social media but not because I've been owned or I'm wrong but because I'm afraid they can be looked up by institutes and companies that I might apply in the future. Nobody wants childish people who argue on social media comment sections.
