If not, sharing with someone not as close might strengthen your relationship with that person. You'll feel better and lighter either way. And second, have you thought about working out or going for a jog? If you don't want to be around people going for a morning run is a good choice. Do something IRL to break the cyclical grind. You'll end up saving time not wasting time when you get your mind off things even if it's just for a day.
