>>12983497>German unis have an absolutely shit online infrastructurenot really, there might be a lack of common standard and consistency between different universities
but TU's have solid infrastructure and most resources for teching are available online in dedicated portals (like in every other western country university)
> You seriously have to use cash in Germanyno, you can pay in every supermarket, store, shop of any kind with card and most people do
> Germany is a digital third world countrywhen it comes to advancing and using state of the art technology maybe
just from the infrastructure not really, even if some people like to dramatize the situation
the advancing of highspeed broadband connections is progressing very slowly and internet speeds are typically not that great, this doesnt matter at all however unless you are a private person living on a village
>>12983521>Im not a brainy tech guy I just know 2 languages and want to study and work in Germany until I get citizenshiptough luck pal, you cant really work legally unless you have citizenship
have fun waiting for several years to maybe become a citizen (only if you are brown and 'persecuted') thanks to clogged up bureaucratic systems that are unable to handle the amount of rapefugees
the only thing that you will be able to do is live from the meager gibs you receive from the state until your asylum case is finished (if that ever hapens) and hold your feet still
also good luck in getting anything you did in another country acknowledged ever (not going to happen unless your degrees are from some other western country and university)
Protip: dont try, save yourself the frustration
