The men with the guns are the good guys. Their little ship has just been tractor-beamed by the much larger bad guys' ship, and the bad guys are about to board the ship in a gunfight. After a few stromtroopers clear the hall, the popular villain Darth Vader makes his first appearance onscreen.
For some reason, the image has been humorously altered to show what appears to be Spongebob Squarepants banging on the door. I don't know what the specific joke is, but perhaps the cartoon character was depicted as Darth Vader, or as somehow "dangerous" at some point.
