The mRNA is degraded shortly after injection, the only lasting effect is that your immune system now has T Cells for a very particular protein

One possibility is Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE). Scientists had trouble making vaccines for the first SARS-CoV because in many cases having spike antibodies would make subsequent infections worse, not better. This is usually caused by having antibodies that interact weakly with the spike protein. So one possibility is the virus mutates into a version that has ADE with everyone's vaccines. In fact with so many millions getting the vaccine I wouldn't be surprised if there would be selective pressure for it.

But in general I would say the long term risks are unknown unknowns. After all this is the first ever widely distributed mRNA vaccine, and it hasn't even been a year yet.
