I don't know why everyone overcomplicates this. Entropy ensures the impossibility to do all but DELAY ageing—it can never be possible to cure it. You can fix your car countless times, but at some point it WILL decay too much to function further. Stop trying to repair cars after like 80 years. It is wasteful and sub-optimal. Get a new car.
