20 years old. healthy active male. take many vitamins and supps daily. took J&J vax (forced due to uni requirements). had one night of chills and 103 fever. been fine ever since. does this reaction mean i have a strong immune system? also, bloodclots?

If you had blood clots you'd be in the hospital or dead.
Your immune reaction is a good thing it means your immune system actually did something actively due to the vaccine.

from what i read it can take up to a week for symptoms of clots to appear and its been less than a week for me

last I checked all were female, were there more cases popping up that you can see on your end? Also, why does it seem like this virus is mogging females way harder than males so far? Period clots, blood clots, heart mogs, etc.

The crazy thing is that clots are most common in people who have exactly one night of chills and a 103 fever, then feel fine afterward.

Seriously, you're probably fine, especially if you're male. All of the J&J clots happened in women, at least that we're aware of.
