I can't for the life of me grasp the concept of how Arrhenius equation works.

I'm trying to figure out how to get the rate constant with Temperature, and reaction time given so I could plot ln k vs 1/T but I have no idea what that means.

Been watching videos and reading stuff online but I still can't seem to understand what the hell I'm supposed to do. I've been up for 42 hours now trying to do this with no avail.

Does anyone know any step-by-step/in-depth guides out there?

I'd really really appreciate it.
