how would wages be calculated for interplanetary employees? for example if corporate HQ is in Earth and you're paying a wagie the US Federal Minimum wage of $7.25/hr and he works the standard 9 AM to 5 AM schedule, which is 40 Earth Hours or 5 Earth Days on a standard Earth Week, how would you calculate this so it's proportionate if the same employee was stationed in:

>mercury
>venus
>pluto

and he worked the same hours per week in Earth time? or is that not even possible/practical since the time differences would be too vast, but then how would future corporations even address this
