Since the Pfizer vaccine was released, I've been apprehensive to say the least; my thought process this whole time has been a combination of "I probably won't get it" and "I'm gonna wait and see". Truthfully, I lean more towards not wanting to get the jab.
It wasn't until today, however, that it became something I need to make a decision on. My family is very open minded and has been understanding of my reservations with the vaccine but I guess this week, the vaccine has become available to myself and my family. My mom asked me this morning if I want to get the vaccine and I kind of froze because I didn't expect it.
She can tell I'm reluctant but she now insists that it's the smart thing to do. I'm 23 years old and in very good health. I rarely get sick and I take care of myself. Can anyone provide me with reasoning as to why I should get vaccinated?
If the vaccine stopped me from spreading, it would be a bit different but that doesn't seem to be the case.
