i have occured the following problem:

how to generate a dataset which consists of n values in the range of 1-100

while defining some of these properties:
Minimal value
Quartile 1
Median
Quartile 3
Maximal Value
Mean
Standard deviation

for example:

create a dataset of n=71
with a mean value of 60 and a SD of 7.64
where the minimal value is 3 and the maximum value is 71

are there any tools online?
