I mean, probably nothing. The existence of a god doesn't mean much when they don't interfere in day-to-day existence by any measure as far as we can tell. So proving one would be a shrug and "cool" and I'd go about my day.

Depends on the limitations and what you consider a god (different cultural gods have different "power levels" so to speak). A god showing up and doing the physically impossible, again and again, allowing as many tests and scenarios as possible would be pretty good.
Like, materialize a stay-puft marshmellow man the size of the statue of liberty and walk it around, even though it's made of literally nothing but mellow.
