From an observer A after an point in time B 2 light rays get emitted in opposite direction.
The mirror horizon is the sphere witch can contain booth light rays at any given time.
Nothing can escape that horizon because nothing can travel faster a the speed of light.
If observer A starts to move at an given point in time after point in time B, the mirror horizon starts to contract along the movement vector of observer A. (because nothing can travel faster as the speed of light)
Now all energy stored at the horizon facing the direction of the movement vector of observer A gets reflected inward towards observer A.
