>>12960977nope, you forgot something, the jet streams have been where they are BECAUSE of those ice caps. remove said ice caps, allow free flow of ocean water in those regions, your jet streams will change position, formally hot, wet, dry regions will suddenly change into different weather patterns. Look at Europe right now compared to a century ago.
And now remember that all those nice forests that helped prevent desertification are gone. No one plants trees and lets them grow and spread. And that with more moisture in the air, there will be more snow, rain, and weather movement.
Also the oceans are turning acidic, plastic has infiltrated every level of biology, and no one actually recycles anything except rare metals(when gathered by poor smucks), aluminum, glass in rare cases, and maybe paper.
Everything else gets either burned or dumped.
