you do know that the majority of royalties go to the publisher, right? Besides, I as an author wouldn't mind some pajeets reading my work even if they can't afford to buy an official copy. Not everyone is fortunate enough to earn 30$/hour.

NSA holds classified Math regarding Cryptography that is secret to the public.

It isn't technically copyrighted since its not registered in any patent office.
But it's not open-source or free to access nevertheless.
