>You can do it, tooI mean, I suck so much that it's hard to think that I can't improve.
Maybe my best 'performances' happen when I get intense and raw, or at least in my head. It's nothing theatrical, it's pure feelings put into words as cleanly and clearly as possible.
>>12957999Not exactly a breeze. I learned mostly through solving problems and pressure.
Though my worst grades were always related to differentiable manifolds. In one hand, Tu felt like I could do everything but wasn't really getting anywhere, and Spivak's Differential Geometry book was painful to go through. I almost get sick by reading "differentiable manifold" now, though I want to forgive them and give a second chance.
But I should point out that I started those courses already sort of disliking the content.
>>12958101Better than judging people over immutable past occurrances that become almost irrelevant or outdated.
Maybe taking the average over all grades would be a more balanced solution.
>>12957853Anon, if you have 85IQ or something, a minimum amount of discipline and mental health, then you can do math as long as your obsession and passion goes. The later is the real fuel, and it's not really age dependent. You don't need the best engine for the former stuff.
If you really can't see yourself doing anything else, then you shouldn't be worrying that much. Maybe think and prepare a little bit for a plan B, but don't waste much time and mind with it.
