I've had this faggy doublechin for years now, it feels swollen and I read that it could be caused by thyroid. I first got it when I was I think 18 where I lied down in bed doing nothing for like 7 months (don't ask). Ever since then I've had this ugly ass doublechin that wraps over my jaw and makes me look like an overweight 40 year old woman. I noticed a lot of the symptoms seem to apply to me, long periods of brain fog where I legit can't focus on anything, drowsiness, a feeling of fat or lethargy, no energy after sleeping, dry skin and eyes and these hot flushes on the side of my cheekbones and head. I've tried eating things like prawns but it hasn't gone away ever. But my symptoms don't seem as extreme as other people with thyroid at the same time. My brain fog is really bad but I don't feel like falling asleep, just sitting back and/or lying down. The only way I ever got rid of those feelings was from constant getting angry and excercising, anger unironically was the only thing that helped. Am I fucked with a thyroid condition? Can you cure it? I've wanted to go back to normal for years but the thouI have a defective gland I cant do anything about doing all this to me and not my physical fitness has really mentally crushed me.
