The electrons "static" image is that that of a probabilistic electron cloud, and the electrons "dynamic" image is that of outer and inner electron clouds vacillating in density, causing it to appear the electron takes up these states simultaneously like in the motion blue of a ball. This motion happens consistently and continuously at frequencies so high we can't detect them, and furthermore at frequencies so high it functions as solid matter despite the fact everything you see in your home, including you, is over 90% empty space.
