The first pioneers of science were all religious and lots of them monks as well the Vatican also preserved many scientific documents and other things

That doesn't have anything to do with science. Science and religion are incompatible by definition because science and the scientific worldview are defined purely by logical positivism. Religion does not rely on observable evidence, it is a pure belief with nothing to back it up.

No, but I can ask questions on your statements. If God created the Universe, then who created God? If God exists outside of spacetime and thinking is the byproduct of time, then how does he think? Or the classic trilemma? There are lots of logical problems with this proposition.
