Blacks being second class citizens is the opposite of what I want. I want everyone to be able to succeed, provided the put in hard work. Currently for low IQ people (white or black) hard work is not enough. My desire is that instead of throwing more books at low IQ people, and pretend that it's all their fault for not being as successful as others, we recognize that not all people are the same, and that's not a bad thing.
