Seafood , Lamb chop, Escargot, something like these that sound nice.
It would also help if they were genetically farmed to be bigger and more meaty. Like a grapefruit sized wood slater that could be boiled and shelled.
If I saw someone bite the head off of a prawn I would be just as disgusted as seeing the pic attached irl.
